摘要
在碳化硅材质微通道反应器中进行了2,4-二甲基-6-硝基苯酚合成研究。以2,4-二甲基苯酚、硝酸、二氯乙烷为原料,研究了硝酸质量分数、反应温度、反应物料摩尔比、反应停留时间等工艺参数对反应的影响并对其进行了优化。实验结果表明,当硝酸质量分数为30%、n(2,4-二甲基苯酚):n(硝酸)=1:1.2、反应温度为40℃、停留时间为88 s时,反应效果最佳,产物收率为90.5%,纯度为98.4%。该工艺充分利用了微通道反应器在传质传热方面的优势,非常利于生产的安全及经济性能的提高。
Abstract
2, 4-Dimethyl-6-nitrophenol is synthesized through continuous flow process in a silicon carbide-based microchannel reactor with 2, 4-dimethyl phenol as raw material, nitric acid as the nitrating agent and dichloroethane as solvent.The influences of process parameters such as the concentration of nitric acid, the molar ratio of reaction materials, reaction temperature, and residence time on the reaction are investigated and optimized.The results show that the best reaction effect is realized with a product yield of 90.5% and a product purity of 98.4% when 30% nitric acid is used as the nitrating agent, n(2, 4-dimethyl phenol):n(nitric acid)=1:1.2, the temperature of reaction system remains at 40℃, and the residence time is 88 s.This process makes full use of the excellent mass and heat transfer characteristics of microchannel reactor, which is conducive to the precise control on reaction, the reduction of energy consumption, and the occurrence of side reactions.
